Welcome to FApps (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). FApps is operated by FApps Technologies, Cairo, Egypt. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of our website located at fapps.com, online PDF tools (convert, compress, merge, split, etc.), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is a limited license, not a transfer of title.
You are prohibited from:
- Uploading copyrighted material without authorization.
- Using the Service for illegal purposes or violating Egyptian laws.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access or hacking.
- Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data or overload servers.
- Disrupting Service functionality or introducing viruses/malware.
2. Uploaded Files
Files you upload to FApps tools (PDFs, documents, images) are processed only to provide the requested service.
- We do not store your files permanently. Files are deleted after processing (within 1 hour maximum).
- You retain ownership of uploaded content and are solely responsible for its legality and compliance with Egyptian law.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or copyrighted content without rights.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, tools, logos, and content are owned by FApps Technologies or its licensors. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
4. User Accounts
Registration may be required for advanced features. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. FApps reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Third-Party Services
FApps uses third-party services like Google AdSense for ads. Their terms apply separately (see https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). Links to external sites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Advertisements
The Service displays ads via Google AdSense. You agree ads may use cookies and tracking per their policies. See our Privacy Policy at fapps.com/privacy-policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FApps Technologies is not liable for data loss, file corruption, service interruptions, viruses, or indirect/consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to $100 USD.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violations, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
12. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.
